We offer a wide range of melting and dispensing jobs, such as dispensing from barrels, IBC’s, flexitanks and ISO tanks. We have the expertise and equipment to handle various types of liquids and ensure they are handled safely and efficiently.
Flexitank Solutions offers professional filling services from bulk sources into IBCs, drums, jerrycans, and tanktrucks. Our process is governed by strict quality control protocols, ensuring that every container is filled to the precise volume and sealed for maximum shelf-life. With a focus on speed and hygiene, we provide a turnkey solution for importers and distributors looking for a reliable repacking partner in the Netherlands.
Flexitank Solutions has a fully automatic filling line. Clients can supply their products such as: coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, palm oil, mango butter, etc. (in bulk). The supplied product scan be packed in cartons of 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 15 kg and 25 kg and buckets of 25 kg. If requested, special packaging can be filled.
The filling line is set so that difficult products like shea butter are also filled at the right temperature. During the filling process, plenty of cooling time is taken into account, so that crystallization is prevented.
Aside from the possibility of offering temporary storage in tank vehicles, Flexitank Solutions also has its own tank park with 26 tanks of 60,000 litres. The RVS tanks are fully isolated and equipped with a heating system. Two tanks have been equipped with an agitator. The tank park is fully Kosher certified.
Flexitank Solutions can use the tanks as temporary storage for you.
