We heat, melt, package, and process everything exactly as it should be done.
Flexitank Solutions specializes in filling bulk products into various types of packaging, such as IBCs, drums, jerrycans, cartons and buckets. In addition, we can also transfer products from smaller packaging into, for example, tanker trucks.
All our filling processes are carried out in accordance with HACCP standards, ensuring that quality and safety are always guaranteed.
We specialize in the safe and efficient melting of vegetable fats. With three dedicated melting tanks, we can handle even challenging jobs, such as non-standard packaging, unusual sizes, or products that are difficult to melt.
In addition, we also handle the unloading of containers with boxed goods such as cocoa butter, shea butter, palm oil, and coconut oil.
We specialize in the safe heating, unloading, and removal of flexitanks, including those with malfunctioning heating systems. Thanks to our advanced heating system and years of experience, we can efficiently heat and pump even fats with very high melting points.
Depending on your product, we use either steam or electricity, always tailored to what best suits your cargo. In addition, we handle the removal of flexitanks from containers in an efficient and sustainable manner, ensuring your processes run smoothly and responsibly.
Our fully automated filling line is designed for processing a wide range of vegetable butters and fats, such as coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, and palm oil.
Products can be packed in boxes of 10 kg, 12.5 kg, 15 kg, and 25 kg, or in 25 kg buckets. Upon request, we can also fill products into specific or custom packaging formats.
The filling line is set up to handle even complex products, such as shea butter, under the right conditions and temperatures. During the process, sufficient cooling time is scheduled to prevent crystallization and ensure the quality of your product.

Flexitank Solutions operates its own tank farm consisting of 26 tanks, each with a capacity of 60,000 liters. The stainless steel tanks are fully insulated and equipped with a heating system. Two tanks are fitted with agitators for optimal product processing.
All tanks have their own dedicated piping systems, allowing them to be used as dedicated tanks and preventing cross-contamination.
